To ensure affordable units are being utilized by those who need affordability in today’s market, we do conduct income verification. We require your monthly income to be, at minimum, twice the amount of rent. Example income restrictions are listed below:

- 2 Bedroom annual income must be above $29,496.00
- 3 Bedroom annual income must be above $33,960.00
